Custom fabrication

Enclosures, amp racks, trim panels, and one-off pieces designed in CAD and built in-house — engineered for output, finished like furniture, and fitted to your vehicle to the millimeter.

What it is

When off-the-shelf doesn't fit — or doesn't exist — we build it. Every piece starts with measurement and 3D design, gets cut on modern equipment, and is finished to match or elevate your interior. Subwoofer enclosures tuned to the driver and the cabin, amp racks that display the equipment or disappear entirely, trim panels that look factory-stamped.

Who it's for

Show builds that need to stop foot traffic. Daily drivers that need every cubic inch of trunk left usable. Vehicles the aftermarket forgot, where nothing bolt-in exists. And owners who simply want the equipment they bought presented the way it deserves.

How it works

The process

Measure

Precise measurement of the space — including 3D scanning for complex curves and tight tolerances.

Model

The piece is designed in CAD around airspace targets, equipment dimensions, and how it will look installed.

Build

Cut, assembled, and test-fitted in the vehicle — structure first, then finish work in your choice of materials.

Finish

Final fit, wiring, and detail. The piece goes in like it was always there — because it was designed to be.

Questions

Fabrication FAQ

Can you match my factory interior?

Yes — matching grains, materials, and sight lines is most of the craft. Pieces can disappear into the interior or deliberately stand out; that's a design conversation we have before anything is cut.

Is custom fabrication reversible?

We design for reversibility wherever possible. Most enclosures and racks mount to existing points and come out cleanly, with your factory pieces preserved. If a design genuinely requires permanent modification, you'll know before we start — never after.

Why does a custom enclosure sound better than a prefab box?

Because it's designed for your specific subwoofer and your specific cabin — correct airspace, correct tuning, correct bracing — instead of a compromise built to fit the most cars possible. The same driver can sound like different hardware in the right enclosure.

Do you take on fabrication-only projects?

Yes. If you have equipment you love and need it built into the car properly — or you're chasing a show piece — we take fabrication-only work on the same consult-and-design process.

How long does custom work take?

Longer than bolt-in, honestly — design, build, and finish are each real stages. Simple enclosures run days; showpiece work runs weeks. You get a timeline with your quote and progress photos along the way.

Fabrication is quoted per project from the CAD design — you approve the model, the materials, and the number before anything is cut.
